Subject	Fuel pump relay problem?

Message	When I switch my ignition to the "on" position I don't hear any clicking sound, or the fuel pump turning on. I believe this is causing my hard starting problem. It cranks for a few seconds and then starts weak. Then it drives like a champ. So is my fuel pump relay not sending the signal when in the "on" position? Am I on the right track?
